What actually happens after I send the form?

Do I need to be home?
For the inspection, yes — we need access to the roof cavity and a look at the outside of the building. For follow-up sealing work, usually not.
Is possum removal legal?
Yes — when it is carried out by licensed operators using humane methods. Possums are a protected native species, so DIY trapping is illegal and ours are never harmed.
Will the possum come back?
Not once the proofing is finished. Removal without sealing is only temporary, so we close every entry point on the same visit and photograph the work.
What does it cost?
